EDUCATION & CONSULTATION

Providing information and guidance to clients regarding service needs, service requests, meetings, disputes, complaints, mediations, appeals, and fair hearings as it relates to some services for the developmentally delayed, mentally ill, and long-term care populations.   We typically meet with clients telephonically or via video conferencing.  When available and it is necessary, we may meet in person. ​ We listen and discuss clients's situations, review and discuss rights, (e.g. patients' rights, client rights, bills of rights, consumer rights, et al.),  provide feedback to reports and correspondence you share, and discuss options. We do this with our clients' full participation.  And with our client's permission, we will discuss and work closely with any others.
